Scott is Principal in Charge of our civil, structural and transportation engineering disciplines. His project experience includes the design of various utility improvements, site developments, roadway and bridge projects, storm water management, and building projects for municipal clients, the commercial and industrial sectors, and various athletic facilities. Scott engineered the award-winning design of a creative and unique slurry wall for the major renovation and expansion of his Alma Mater's famed Ohio Stadium. In 2006, his Group was recognized with a Design Excellence Award for a fiber reinforced concrete bridge that is highly resistant to the deteriorating effects of weather and may lead to a future of virtually maintenance free concrete bridges. Serving as Principal in Charge, Scott most recently led multi-disciplinary teams in the field replacements and drainage upgrades at Ohio Stadium and the Cub's Wrigley Field. He is a Registered Engineer in 26 states and earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering graduating summa cum laude from The Ohio State University.
