Osborn's sole focus when providing engineering services is "Total Client Satisfaction". Our quality system was designed to conform to ISO 9001:2000 certification standards, and we strive to meet it by:
  • Providing services that conform to our clients' contractual and regulatory requirements and exceed their expectations.
  • Establishing and maintaining an effective Quality Assurance Program including: Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instruction, Forms, and CADD Drafting Standards.
  • Continuously striving to improve our product, service, performance and reliability.
  • Auditing and testing our systems to make sure we are continuing to be on target.

To complement our Quality System, Osborn leveraged the experience, knowledge and expertise of our project managers over the years to establish an outstanding Project Management Manual. We use the manual to train project managers and to continually sharpen the technical skills and management practices of our professionals.

To make certain we produce a high-quality end product, quality control functions are built into the project management plan to emphasize project, budget, schedule and cost control.
