Over 40 years of experience includes the design of professional and collegiate athletic facilities, industrial, commercial, institutional buildings, parking garages, marine structures and bridges. For his engineering expertise and professional reputation, he is often sought after by the legal community to help resolve engineering/construction disputes through forensic engineering. He is the structural engineer of record of such notable projects as West Virginia University Coliseum, Wrigley Field Renovation, Jacobs Field, Browns Stadium, and Ohio Stadium Expansion. Kurt was named Engineer of the Year in1993 by the American Society of Civil Engineers.

As a past president of the prestigious Cleveland Engineering Society, Gene possesses a highly effective combination of engineering, business and project management skills, honed over 30 years of practical experience, which will play a significant role in shepherding the century-long traditions of Osborn into the next century. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and a Masters in Business Administration, and is a Registered Professional Engineer. Gene has served as Principal in Charge of a wide variety of sports, commercial and industrial projects.

Ray has been with Osborn his entire engineering career since graduating from Cleveland State University in 1968. During his 36 year career, Ray's responsibilities have included Principal-in-Charge, Project Management, and supervision of Mechanical Design for a wide range of complex Mechanical projects. These designs have included HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection for industrial, commercial, governmental research, and sports facilities. Today, while still being involved in projects, Ray is responsible for the internal operations of the company, maintaining our ISO 9001:2000 certification. He is also the company Treasurer.

Lee began his career with Osborn in 1975 as a mechanical engineer. Initial focus was on industrial projects in the tire and rubber, automotive, petroleum, chemical and other industries. Key technical skills include process piping, thermal stress analysis, flow analysis, power piping, fire protection, material handling, hydraulics, plant layout, above ground/underground storage tanks, instrumentation and control systems. Lee has been in charge of well over 1000 projects in the industrial, logistics and commercial arenas. Current responsibilities as the Director of Engineering include managing the operations of each of Osborn's five business groups. Lee's main beliefs include continuing education, client satisfaction and the proper application of technology.

Doug has spent his entire career with Osborn since graduating from Georgia Tech in 1990. His primary focus has been in the field of project management and mechanical engineering design with an emphasis on energy efficiency and optimization. He is a Certified Energy Manager as well as a LEEDTM Accredited Professional. He has given numerous lectures and authored several articles in the field of energy optimization. Doug has conducted dozens of energy audits nationwide and was the first engineer in the state of Ohio to sponsor and provide professional engineering verification for a building that received the EPA's ENERGY STAR® Label.

As a Summa Cum Laude graduate from The Ohio State University, Scott manages civil, structural and transportation engineering disciplines. He has extensive project experience in the design of various utility improvements, site developments, storm water management, and construction administration for various municipal projects, ODOT projects, and structures. Scott was responsible for the award winning design of the creative and unique slurry wall at his Alma Mater's famed Ohio Stadium Renovation. His group was recently recognized with a "design excellence award" for a fiber reinforced concrete bridge that may become the future paradigm of virtually maintenance free bridges.
