To complement our Quality System, Osborn utilized the experience, knowledge, and expertise of its project managers in establishing and utilizing an outstanding project management manual. The manual is used to assist in training its young project managers. But more importantly, it is used to assist in importing the skills, techniques, and values that have been honed from a century of success.
