We are seeking an Architectural Design Specialist meeting the following requirements:

Requirements:
Under the supervision of the team lead to:

º	Prepare watercolor rendering, and true color animation using 3DMax and SketchUp, build rvt/rfa format models
º	Design sports / industrial facilites with NewUrbanism theory
º	Apply building codes and zoning calculations
º	Manage surfaces / parcel data in Land Desktop
º	Use ArcGIS in small scale sensibility study and spatial regression
º	Customize CAD operation with AutoLISP
º	Develop CPM schedule in MS Project

Required Education:
Master's Degree in Urban Planning
