Director of Architecture

Architectural / Sports & Recreation Group

Requirements:

º	Project management experience of varying size - up to $30 million.
º	Demonstrated experience in strategic planning development and implementation
º	Demonstrated ability in Long-term Client and Business Development
º	Excellent communication skills in working with clients, consultants and staff
º	Experience in identifying and recruiting staff
º	Group management

The ideal candidate will be visionary in their approach to furthering the development of the practice, yet be grounded enough to effectively work within the current structure. Candidates who are proven leaders or those ready to accept business group P&L responsibilities will be considered.

Market Sector experience in the following would be helpful, but is not mandatory:

º	Sports and Recreation.
º	Corporate / Commercial.
º	Public / Municipal.
º	Higher Education.
º	Federal Programs.
º	Energy.

Required Education:
Bachelor of Architecture with 15+ years of experience
Architectural Registration in Ohio and NCARB
