| We are seeking a registered architect with experience in sports and recreation facility design. This position requires management of architectural staff, and support of the overall marketing team with responsibility to help with client development, respond to RFP's and participate in presentations. The position involves managing projects with a high degree of client interaction and consultant coordination. He or she will have responsibility in quality assurance in the production of working drawings and specifications, as well as profit and loss responsibility | |

Requirements: We specifically seek an architect desiring an additional degree of responsibility with growth potential to principal in the firm. The ideal candidate will have 15-20 years of experience, with developed leadership skills. This position has significant opportunity for personal growth and the potential of an equity position. The individual we seek will have demonstrable skills in business development, design criteria for sports and recreation facilities, project management, technical competencies and managing client relationships. Strong communication, presentation and organization skills required. |

Required Education: 5-year degree or equivalent plus Ohio registration or ability to obtain Ohio registration |
