Located in Miami, Florida, Ryder, a leader in the truck rental and leasing business, still saw fit to select Osborn as their architectural/engineering consultant. We have been called on to perform a number of different tasks, including the development of a series of prototype maintenance facilities for various market segments, site adaptations of the prototypes, facility expansions, parking lot layouts, and criteria packages for design/build projects. A typical site includes full function maintenance shop, parts storage, truck wash, fueling systems, truck & customer parking and administrative offices.
