Energy Audit
Osborn's sixteenth Public Housing Authority energy audit consisted of a comprehensive energy audit of the seventeen Public Housing developments comprised of two high-rise, four low-rise and 11 scattered sites owned and operated by the Housing Authority of Greensboro. The audit documented the current status of the apartment complexes energy related infrastructure (i.e., building envelope, lighting, electric, gas, & water consuming devices). The audit made recommendations for improved energy management practices and Energy Conservation Opportunities (ECO's) outlined by calculations for the energy savings, and paybacks for each of the proposed improvements in accordance with the standards set forth in 24 CFR Part 965 and HUD Modernization Standards handbook 7485.2.
