Mansfield City School District - New High School
As a direct result of our reputation for building system efficiency optimization, Osborn was selected as the independent Commissioning Authority for the new Senior High School. The project is part of the Ohio School Facility Commission's (OSFC) pilot program for the commissioning of Ohio's school construction projects. The project includes the verification and documentation ensuring that all commissioned systems operate and perform in accordance with the design intent and at optimum energy efficiency. Through our services, we have identified numerous system deficiencies that may otherwise have gone unnoticed including incorrect control sequence calculations, automatic operating schedules not in accordance with the school's hours of operation, and devices that were out of calibration.
