Osborn is designing the improvements for this north/south connector between S.R. 84 and U.S Route 20 in Lake County, Ohio. The design includes pavement widening, eliminating roadside ditches and driveway culverts by constructing a new storm sewer system, reconfiguring the roadway profile and alignment, and providing new pavement markings, signage and maintenance of traffic during construction. The Fairgrounds/S.R. 84 intersection will be getting additional improvements including an added turn lane and traffic signal modification.
