Site Development - New Technology Park
In conjunction with Civil Design Associates, Osborn is designing this brand new industrial park located on 170 acres of an old strip mining area in New Philadelphia, Ohio. The proposed development will feature 28 industrial/commercial properties connected by two miles of new roadway. The new infrastructure will feature the latest in high speed data lines serving every property. The design effort involves laying out an efficient horizontal and vertical alignment for the roadway that minimizes the cost of earthwork and maximizes the usability and value of all 28 lots. Storm, sanitary, water, gas, electric, phone, cable and street lighting will accompany the high speed data lines as part of the utility design.
