Osborn's Energy/Commercial Group is a team of mechanical and electrical engineers and technicians dedicated to providing excellent MEP design services for our clients. Inherent in all of Osborn's designs is the concept of optimizing energy efficiency while carefully considering the initial capital costs. This approach has been ingrained in our design philosophy through Osborn's continuous involvement with the ENERGY STARŪ Buildings Program since its inception in 1995. Our Energy Optimization group offers services that include Energy Audits, Building Commissioning, Sustainable Design and LEED Concepts, ENERGY STAR Performance Rating, Design & Specification, Verification and Construction Administration.
