Background
Osborn has provided architectural and engineering services for parking facilities for decades. Recent projects have included new parking structures such as the High/Market project in downtown Akron, parking deck restorations such as the Chester Parking Deck at Cleveland State University, and new surface parking lots like those we recently completed at Kent State University.
