In continuing our relationship with RCU Architects, Osborn is providing MEP services from design through construction administration for the new Courts Building for the City of Berea. The 2-story, 30,000 square foot building includes an arraignment court, jury court, clerk of courts, judge's offices, meeting rooms, and a heated underground parking garage. The MEP design includes a variable volume - variable temperature HVAC distribution system, wet-pipe sprinkler system, high efficiency lighting and an emergency generator to provide back-up power for the entire facility.
