Kurt Rim, P.E. receives Cleveland Engineering Society Design & Construction Hall of Fame Award:

Kurt is the third Osborn engineer to receive this award honoring outstanding achievement in the field of construction design and related areas for the betterment of the construction industry.

Kurt is noted for his design of major athletic facilities including the Cleveland Indians Jacobs Field, the Cleveland Browns Stadium and The Ohio State University Stadium Renovation for which he served as the Structural Engineer of Record.

He is a Silver Award Recipient of the James F. Lincoln Arc Weld Foundation and was the Cleveland Engineering Society's Engineer of the Year for 1993. Other professional awards include Outstanding Civil Engineer of the Year, Cleveland Chapter of the American Society of Civil Engineers, 1993, the G. Brooks Earnest Lectureship Award, Cleveland Chapter of the American Society of Civil Engineers, also in 1993 and he received an Outstanding Alumni Award from his Alma Mater, Tri-State University in 2005.
