Certification - 2 Osborn engineers recently became Certified Building Commissioning Professionals
Osborn is pleased to announce that Mr. Allan Fox, P.E. and Mr. Sean Johnson, P.E. have recently become Certified Building Commissioning Professionals (CBCP) through the Association of Energy Engineers certification program in October 2004.

Building Commissioning is the systematic process of ensuring that building systems (E.G. HVAC, Lighting, IT, Etc) are designed, installed, and operate in accordance with the design intent and as efficiently as possible.
