Chester Parking Facility Structural Repairs
The Chester Parking Facility was in need of restoration to prolong the use of the facility for CSU. Osborn provided a complete condition survey and preparation of construction documents for the restoration of the existing three-level garage. All broken pre-stressed tendons were replaced or spliced, restoration of the expansion joints and full-depth repair of deteriorated slab sections were part of the project. State of the art protective coatings were integrated into the design.
