High Street-Market Street Parking Structure
This structure is a key project in the ongoing revitalization of downtown Akron. Important to Osborn's design of this 600-space parking deck was to provide a facade that harmonizes with the materials and scale of adjacent and nearby historical buildings as well as new buildings such as the new library and convention center. Working with the City, Osborn also created an inviting streetscape not typical of parking decks including street retail, wide landscaped sidewalks and a pedestrian friendly corner entry canopy.
