New Parking Lot and Dix Stadium Lot Renovation
With a critical need for improved parking, KSU selected Osborn for the design of a new aesthetically pleasing 700-car parking lot and the reconstruction of the existing Dix Stadium parking lot. Design elements include pavements, stormwater drainage with detention, protection of wetlands, sidewalks, pedestrian bridge, pedestrian crossing signalization, and landscaping.
