MecPack, a contract manufacturer utilizing BFS technology, contacted Osborn to assist in the design and construction of a new manufacturing facility. Osborn provided an analysis to specify the initial design of the facility including probable equipment and construction costs to aid the principles of MecPack secure funding for the project. Additional services provided by Osborn include the design of the facility, operational analysis, including process flow, manpower requirements, organization structure, reporting, and equipment validation assistance.
