Police Headquarters Main Jail

Osborn provided facility assessment, facility programming and conceptual design for a total renovation and expansion to the Police Department main holding jail. The completed project will include up to 300 beds (designed to comply with 5-day holding requirements), central booking and classification, medical unit, visitor facilities, arraignment court and office, weapons storage and locker facilities for the jail staff.
