Concordia College – Moorhead, Minnesota

Concordia College enlisted Osborn to create a master plan for the upgrade of its outdoor athletic facilities.
The core ideas for the study were as follows:
| 1. | Connectivity: providing an orderly framework to connect all the athletic venues into one. |
| 2. | Context: Designed to complement the campus architecture and “roots” of collegiate stadiums. |
| 3. | Versatility: Planned to host and support multiple events and uses at one time, while maintaining the individual scale and purpose. |
The master plan is intended to be phased in over a five- to ten-year period, with a special, immediate emphasis on the football stadium. This facility will become a symbol for a new era for “Cobber” sports and recreation.
