Student Recreation Center Addition and Renovation
Osborn is providing architectural and engineering services for the new addition of up to 135,000 GSF and renovation of 111,000 GSF of an existing physical education building. The addition consists of a new field house, fitness and weight training areas, locker rooms, office/conference area and an entry pavilion featuring a Hall of Fame. The master plan also includes a future aquatic facility. The facility will have an all-weather connection to the existing Lowry Student Center.
Osborn was awarded this project as the result of winning an invited design competition.
