Osborn is providing architectural and engineering services for the addition of 135,000-GSF and renovation of 111,000-GSF of an existing physical education building.
The addition consists of a new field house, fitness and weight training areas, locker rooms, office/conference area and an entry pavilion with a Hall of Fame. The master plan also integrates a future pool facility that would be enveloped on three sides by new facades on the existing building to completely upgrade the appearance of Wooster's athletic and recreation complex.
The facility will also have an all-weather connection to the existing Lowry Student Center.
Osborn was awarded this project after winning a design completion.
