OSPORTS provided professional design services for upgrades to the MAC Center's center hung videoboards and sound system at Kent State University. A new rectilinear, multi-faceted direct view LED center hung video board was installed with vertical ribbons added to the bowl facing fascia of the four corner column structures at the corners of the space. The result provisioned two 18’-8” x 10’-4” side facing video boards, two 16’ x 9’ end facing video boards.

 

The addition of robotic lighting fixtures in the visual experience enhances overall fan experience. The audio system provides new control by means of a new digital mixing console and digital signal processing, along with multiple “personal device interfaces” at court side to allow connection of a BYOD music source. 48,000 watts of power and a precisely located bank of sub-woofer cabinets provide a game day experience like few others.
