Commissioning Engineer

Energy / Facility Systems Group

Responsibilities Include:

º	Proficient with performing design reviews, visiting sites to view construction progress and note deficiencies, performing functional tests and writing reports (some overnight travel required)
º	Thorough understanding and knowledge of the Architectural and Engineering industry
º	Ability to manage several projects concurrently
º	Broad knowledge in the design and operation of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, lighting and electrical power systems for commercial and institutional buildings
º	Ability to provide assistance on other in-house Architectural / Engineering projects
º	Hands-on experience with DDC HVAC controls
º	Proficient with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD Version 2004 or higher
º	Demonstrated skills in communication and ability to work in a team environment

Required Education:
Successful candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of experience with design and operation of HVAC system including recent HVAC system commissioning or 8 years building commissioning experience

BSME required
EI or PE registration, Project Management experience preferred

ASHRAE Member, CEM, CBCP or LEED AP a plus.
