The project is a 375,000 SF, 24-Story hotel and private residence that is being developed and operated by Fort Partners along with Four Seasons. The building consists of 2 levels of parking ground floor retail, commercial along with restaurants, kitchens, ballrooms and pre-function areas, gym, spa, pool and other outdoor and amenities. Level 5 through 11 consist of hotel rooms and residential units with level 12 through 22 consisting of high-end luxury residential units. Levels 23 and above are mechanical rooms and support spaces.

 

Osborn Lighting Studio provided quantitative point-by-point photometrics to verify lighting levels and to comply with turtle code requirements.
