New Ambulatory Surgery Center and Medical Office Building (363,000 SF with an additional 100,000 SF future expansion) on a 10 acre site. The Center will have 110 exam rooms, 10 operating rooms, 33 cancer treatment rooms, a reflection garden and a bridge to a neighboring hotel. The facility will support cancer treatment, cancer research, ophthalmology, ambulatory care, cardiology, neurology, otolaryngology, urology and orthopedics. This project represents the largest ambulatory health care facility for UHealth to date. As one of the biggest mixed-use developments in Miami-Dade County, the project will provide the communities of North Miami and surrounding areas with a new world-class medical center, improving access to healthcare for all residents in the region and becoming a signature piece of the $4 billion multi-purpose development of SoLĂ© Mia. Osborn Lighting Studio assisted with the coordination between the architect, interior designers, and the electrical engineers for interior and exterior spaces.
