Our Lighting Certified (LC) professionals and Electrical Engineering team provides solutions that integrate lighting to highlight the aesthetic values of spaces to create an inviting, timeless, functional, and sustainable lighting design. We combine cutting-edge expertise, thoughtful design, and artistic expression to illuminate and enlighten architectural elements.
Our core philosophy of Lighting Design is that the best solutions are achieved through teamwork as we love light, and it shows. Our team uses design concepts, renderings, models, mockups, and samples to illustrate lighting design concepts for architects and clients.

IES Lighting Design Award
Our lighting design studio won a prestigious IES Illumination Award of Merit from Illuminating Engineering Society for the Exterior Lighting Design for the St. John’s Cathedral in Downtown Cleveland! Our team put in a lot of amazing work, and we are incredibly excited to share the video showcasing their efforts.
Marian Perez, WELL AP, LC, Associate IALD
Marian Perez serves as the Director of Lighting Design at Osborn. Her award-winning experience crossing numerous markets including commercial, healthcare, educational, industrial, hospitality, recreational, municipal, historical renovations, for both interior and exterior projects. Marian’s role as part of a design team is to maximize the visual impact of the architecture, while offering a quality lighted environment.
