Tony Blanc has a long history of professional experience, including more than 20 years in consulting and 15 years at a large Regional Wastewater Agency. He has extensive experience with multi-disciplined engineering design and construction and has been involved in all aspects of wastewater treatment plant operation and improvements. Tony has served as Project Manager for multimillion-dollar wastewater treatment plant improvements representing some of the largest plant improvement projects undertaken by any community in the United States.
