Mr. Galli joined Osborn Engineering, in June 2015. His role is to manage the expansion and development of a construction engineering practice. Prior to joining Osborn Engineering he served as the Director of Public Service and Properties for a period of 4-1/2 years and the Director of Building, Engineering and Inspection for a period of 3-1/2 years, for the City of Bay Village, Ohio. During this time he was responsible for all projects and facilities within the public right-of-way, as well as all construction and maintenance projects on private property within the city.
