Located within the growing Seven Pines development in Jacksonville, Florida, Baptist HealthPlace at Seven Pines is a new medical office building and outpatient care destination developed to expand access to healthcare services for the surrounding community. The 100,000 SF development includes ambulatory and specialty care functions designed to support a broad range of patient services in a modern, convenient environment. The facility opened to patients in June 2026 and serves as a key component of Baptist Health's continued investment in meeting the healthcare needs of one of Northeast Florida's fastest-growing areas.

Osborn Engineering provided Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Technology, and Structural Engineering design services for the project. The firm's multidisciplinary team supported the facility through all major phases of design and delivery, including schematic design, design development, construction documents, permitting, bidding, construction administration, and record documentation.

Additional project responsibilities included medical equipment coordination, value analysis, community committee representation, and post-occupancy evaluation support, helping ensure the facility met both operational and patient-care objectives.
