Mary McConnell, PE, is the Director of Civil Engineering at Osborn Engineering, bringing over 30 years of combined experience in civil site solutions and transportation infrastructure. As a seasoned civil design team leader and regional civil principal, Mary has led program and project management efforts across complex mobility, infrastructure, and site development projects. Her career is distinguished by a focus on integrated, inclusive solutions and strategic client development, with a proven track record in growing market presence—most notably expanding Osborn’s transportation footprint in the Cincinnati region. She has successfully partnered with clients across the power and energy, industrial, manufacturing, and multi-family residential sectors, and has led qualifications efforts with agencies such as ODOT, the City of Cincinnati, CVG, and municipalities across Northern Kentucky. In addition to her technical leadership, Mary is deeply committed to mentoring the next generation of civil engineers, having developed internal training programs and guided junior staff in both design and business development initiatives.
