Commissioning

At Osborn, we view the role of the commissioning agent as an extension of the Owner’s staff. Our Commissioning Group is committed to providing the comprehensive evaluation needed to optimize your building’s operation and maintenance and minimize energy consumption. Osborn’s belief is that commissioning services are not an event, but a process flowing from and through the design, construction and acceptance phase to occupation by the end user to influence the overall life cycle sustainability of the building.

Osborn provides commissioning services to a wide range of building types including educational, commercial, healthcare, manufacturing, mission-critical facilities and many more. We are recognized as one of the top commissioning providers in the nation and have also been involved with over 80 LEED® certified projects.
