Mr. Pedro has 25+ year professional background in the areas of Healthcare, Life Science, Higher Education, and Commercial engineering. As a Healthcare project manager, his responsibilities are to understand the owner’s expectations, including budget and schedule. This understanding is extremely important when designing the MEP,FP systems as they can be the most expensive cost of a project and in most cases the longest lead times on specified equipment. He also serves as the conduit of information between the MEP,FP design team, architect, and owner. Durvall is also involved in the construction process and attends Owner, Architect, Contractor meetings.
