Shelley Kiwala is the Manager of Transportation at Osborn Engineering. Her project management experience includes over 30 projects for various clients, including ODOT, OTIC, Lake County, Portage County, Stark County, GCRTA, and City of Cleveland. Ms. Kiwala’s attention to detail and ability to see the bigger picture has made her an exceptional project manager and has enabled her projects to be submitted on time and with the quality expected by our clients. She also has extensive technical experience in bridge design and inspection, rehabilitation of existing structures, and hydraulics & scour analyses. Shelley has completed the ODOT Project Development Process training course and is thoroughly familiar with ODOT’s planning and design processes. She is ODOT prequalified in Level 1 and 2 Bridge Design and Level 1 Bridge Inspection.
