As Director of Facilities at Osborn, Mr. Lobas leads the structural, MEP, technology, and fire protection design, rehabilitation and repair, project management, and construction administration/coordination aspects for all types of facility and infrastructure-based projects. His specific experience includes private and public design of building structures as well as governmental based infrastructure. Responsibilities include overall design aspects, including owner and developer coordination. Aaron’s technical expertise include structural design of steel, concrete, pre-stressed and post-tensioned concrete, timber, dimensional lumber, light gage metal framing, masonry, fiber reinforced structures, retention structures, as well as shallow and deep foundation systems. Projects include governmental, commercial, mixed use, hospitals, museums, theaters, public assembly, university facilities, schools, stadium venues, and office buildings.
