Mr. Lewis brings a diverse background in the design of transportation projects including highway design, drainage design, maintenance of traffic design, roundabout design, bicycle facility design, and roadway lighting design. His primary responsibilities as a Project Engineer in the Transportation Division include setting horizontal and vertical alignments, drainage design and layout, roadway and pavement inspections, signing and pavement markings plans and traffic control plans. His technical skills include rural/urban highway design with interchanges, final plan/specs/estimate development, drainage design, and maintenance of traffic design for a variety of clients including ODOT, Counties and municipalities.
