Joe Ferenczy is the Director of Water Resources at Osborn Engineering. His career includes over 25 years of experience in the design and construction of public and private infrastructure projects including both large and small scale engineering projects, studies and design reports.  Joe is responsible for the overall production and planning of the Civil Engineering Department including the coordination and production of design drawings, studies and reports for numerous public and private clients. Responsibilities have included conceptualization, project design, plan preparation, specifications, utility and governmental approvals, construction administration, and OPWC and OWDA project financing. Areas of technical expertise include green infrastructure, utility and roadway design; hydrology and hydraulics; storm water management including Ohio EPA and NPDES construction storm water permit requirements.
