Holly, as Osborn's Director of Healthcare in the Great Lakes Region, has developed a career in engineering design, project management, construction administration, commissioning services and facility management. She has over 13 years of experience working for large healthcare organizations which brought opportunities to oversee new construction projects, create campus master plans, direct renovation projects, and provide excellent maintenance of all services at occupied hospitals. It also provided daily exposure to healthcare requirements for critical spaces, including: operating rooms, cath labs, pharmacies, cancer treatment, labs, bronch and endo suites, imaging suites, labor and delivery, and surgical sterilization and disinfection spaces. Her ability to navigate large healthcare organizations allowed for collaboration with administrators, infection control, compliance, maintenance and utility services to ensure patient safety. Holly has managed multi-disciplinary teams covering mechanical, electrical, life safety and structural engineering. Her experience includes over 10 years of mechanical engineering design involving airside systems, hydronics, steam distribution, plumbing, medical gas and controls systems. She also has experience with energy audits, life cycle cost studies, and updating sequences of operation for energy reduction.
