Joan has a diverse background in the design and management of transportation projects with more than 30 years of professional experience including numerous projects with ODOT, local agencies, and other State DOT’s. She has extensive experience in all aspects of roadway design including roadway design, lighting design, storm sewer design, pavement design, signing and pavement marking design, and maintenance-of-traffic. Joan’s Project Management experience covers over 20 years of managing multi-discipline projects for various clients. Her wide range of experience offers a unique perspective and ability to manage a variety of projects.
