Osborn Engineering worked in conjunction with City Architecture on this developer led project. The new 30,000 SF state-of-the-art facility houses Alumni Relations, Corporate and Foundation Relations, and the Advancement Operations for Kent State University (KSU). Osborn provided Structual, MEP, and Technology engineering services. The site is adjacent to the KSU campus and consists of one larger property surrounded by Willow Street, East Summit Street and South Lincoln Street. The project was fast tracked so additional developments on Campus can proceed on schedule. The building houses nearly 100 employees from its Division of Institutional Advancement, the KSU Alumni Association and the Kent State University Foundation. Collectively, this group works to build lifelong relationships with the university’s alumni and friends and raise private philanthropic support for KSU

The building includes administrative offices, call center, meeting rooms and event spaces and is LEED Silver Certified. The building was designed with the latest IT requirements along with security and data considerations
