The Postmates Corporate Office Renovation project includes the renovation of the interior corporate office and breakroom spaces in an existing Postmates building at 445 Great Circle Road in Nashville, TN. Osborn Engineering served as the Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Technology engineer for the renovation of the building in association with VMD Studios. Osborn performed initial site observation to determine existing conditions. The project scope included all new lighting, technology design and CDs, HVAC air distribution including Big Ass Fan layout for the large open bullpen call center, as well as the support of a floating gyp board ceiling.
