Osborn is currently providing Survey, Civil, Structural, MEP, and Fire Protection Engineering services for the 45,000 SF expansion and renovation of the existing 38,000 SF corporate office facilities. The addition to the facilities will rise just west of Minute Men’s existing 38,066 SF headquarters at 3740 Carnegie Ave. Glassy, three-level connectors flanked by courtyards will link the structures. The new space will include offices, meeting rooms, training facilities, a café, and storage. The project also involves re-striping and expanding surface parking to accommodate 382 vehicles. Osborn performed the survey and ALTA survey work along with stormwater management.
