Osborn Engineering is providing MEP design services in conjunction with M+A Architects for various Raising Cane’s locations within the region. The MEP design for the commercial kitchen includes the kitchen hoods, the make-up air system, and the sanitary grease drainage design. The Electrical scope includes lighting and power design throughout the space, which also includes site lighting design. For these prototype stores, Osborn’s team is fully coordinated with the Civil and Structural disciplines. Every individual project design is used to advance the Raising Cane’s prototype store design and construction process. Osborn has performed these services in Cincinnati, Fairfield, Heath, Centerville, Beavercreek, Colerain, Oakley, North Canton, Deerfield Township, Cold Springs, and Western Hills, OH.
