Osborn provided engineering services for a new 18,000 SF intergenerational community center in Lakewood, Ohio. The renovation of the old Lakewood Cove Methodist Church consists of structural, MEP, technology and fire protection engineering services to renovate the church to be used as the new Cove Community Center. The new center includes office space for the City of Lakewood’s Department of Human Services, which is currently operating out of three buildings. Design will include a full kitchen, community rooms, visitation rooms, and multipurpose rooms for the various uses required by the Department of Human Services and community members.
