Painesville Township Park Pier

Lake Metroparks | Painesville , Ohio
Osborn Engineering provided structural and electrical engineering design services for the ADA accessible fishing pier in Painesville Township for the Lake Metroparks. Structural design included foundations for pre-engineered canopy structures. New lighting and power connections were designed to accommodate site lighting layouts.

The new pier gives visitors public access to the Lake and the ability to fish for smallmouth bass, walleye, and steelhead or catch a sunset over the lake. The pier, 20 feet in width and standing 10 feet above the lake, was constructed in two stages and utilizes a 50-foot bridge that connects the pier to the shoreline.
