Osborn Engineering provided Technology Engineering services for a 216-room adaptive-reuse hotel in Atlanta’s Buckhead neighborhood. The existing 1950s residential building was transformed into a luxury boutique featuring a ground-floor Kimpton restaurant and bar, courtyard dining and drinking venue, private pool, rooftop lounge, and approximately 3,000 SF of meetings and events space. Osborn designed and coordinated Structured Cabling, Community Access Television (CATV), Surveillance Cameras/CCTV, and Audio-Visual systems for the hotel. In addition, Osborn provided design for the Bi-Directional Antenna (BDA) and Two-way Communication systems required by the IBC and NFPA for this project.
