Osborn Engineering is providing the MEP and Fire Protection engineering services for a 100-unit luxury oceanfront condo situated on the luxurious waterfront in Miami Beach, Florida. The building includes luxury condos, amenities, underground parking, and a separate waterfront restaurant with a bar and pool. The main condo building will be a 19-story, mixed-use tower with an approximate height of 236 feet. Osborn is working in collaboration with Mast Capital on this project.
